Vinegar-Free Salad Dressing

Use the Revablend bottle, add:
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice.
  • 2 shallot Cloves.
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard.
  • 2 teaspoons agave or honey.
  • ¾ teaspoon salt.
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper.
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil.
  • ¼ cup organic canola oil or avocado oil

“Rev” the bottle by tilting forward at a 30-degree angle across a firm, dry surface until smooth.
